A few spelling/grammatical errors, true...

I saw 'peaked' instead of 'piqued' on the home page...there are a few others I see...but that's small stuff, honestly. Some clients will care, MOST wouldn't even notice. I've seen far worse. This isn't a college classroom here :)

But, you're probably right that it needs some revisions. Grammatical/spelling errors don't always hurt, but they NEVER help.

I don't have PM or else I'd send you some things I found...but I might email you if it's OK (Alexa not businesses :))

People had answered to my ad, but many seem to not agree with me because I won't provide same day appointments to new clients. At the same time, I need to start getting reviews...but my safety is not something I'd want to risk in the process.
I know it hasn't been that long, but I feel like I'm missing something. Or maybe I need to advance in the advertising department.

I'm sure the more seasoned vets will be happy to give you some constructive criticism. :

Here it is.
I know I should take some professional pics soon

While your photos are not professional, they give a good idea what you look like and are really very nice.

If I saw it (knowing you're in NYC)...I'd say that the rates are too low. That will attract one type of client and scare away another...So, you might want to say if it's an introductory rate for a limited time, etc.

The site is very well-done...my one criticism is that it doesn't give me any insight into your personality. It could be the site of almost any pretty young girl. In NYC, there are a LOT of pretty young girls...so you want to give some little details that will make you different from the rest. And, something that will personally interest the type of client you want. Something to GRAB a nice guy's attention, and make him think, 'Hmmmm, this girl sounds like someone I want to meet.'

One piece of advice I hear a lot is to create a 'Client Avatar', which is your mental image of the perfect client you want to attract. Write TO HIM, try to say something that will grab his attention and  reel him in :)

Hope this helps :)

Alexa, you should revise your site.

When you're new, A LOT of assholes will contact you. Fake sugar daddies, last-minute seekers, hagglers, people wanting half hours, etc. It WILL pass. Or, it won't exactly pass (they'll always try but in fewer numbers once you're no longer new) but later on, the idiots will be outnumbered later by the nice clients.

My advice is just to hang in there. When you want to start off on the right foot, it WILL take a little bit of time before the money starts to come. But, it's better to start the right way and not take shortcuts, than to take shortcuts and be sorry later.

If you won't take same day appointments, realize that the reviews will come more slowly. The majority of reviews are written about 1-hour incall appointments and a lot of people who want 1 hour incall also want same-day. But, I'm assuming that you want quality over quantity...so just have faith that it will pay off in the end :-) Imagine if you compromise on this, and someone reviews you like: 'I was super horny and asked this girl if she could be available in an hour. Since she said yes I went for it even though I was in the mood for a blonde. I just wanted a BJ and a quick fuck so I asked her to get undressed...etc, etc.' Ick.

When you want quality...it takes time and patience to build your business

Without reviews, the opportunists and bottom feeders will be looking to take advantage. Also, getting that first review or two can sometimes take a while. You are right about being patient.

To the OP, your ad is fine, and your website, although mediocre is sufficient. Keep your screening within your comfort level.

I agree with Panthera12 1000%!

One suggestion I do have for you, is to sign up for RS2000! It's the easier of the verfication sites to join. That way you can start working a bit more comfortably. Your site isn't bad, but I agree with the others about checking for grammar and spice up the content. I really suggest you decide on your clientele. (You can't please everyone and this will limit time wasters too...) You don't want a BDSM guy or guy into toy play calling if that isn't in your comfort zone.

Best,

Miss Bree Breez

As far as you "doing something wrong," I could not even guess. Men on these boards all have their little quirks concerning things that annoy them, so you just live with the fact that you can't please everyone, and do the best with the guys you actually meet with. They are the ones putting money in your pocket.

You are asking for full name and employment, but you have no reviews...that is the only thing I can see as being a huge issue. Guys on TER for the most part, are not going to provide that to a provider with years of reviews, much less one who has none. It is simply too risky for them. I am not suggesting you change your screening, but I am telling you that is going to be a problem getting guys to see you.

I would agree with London. You won't be able to please everyone and you should only do what makes you feel comfortable and safe when it comes to screening. However, what she said about having no reviews and asking for full name and employment is what may be the issue.
Some guys may only see ladies that are members of one of the verification services, P411, Datecheck, RS2000 so they don't have to give out their personal info again and again.

but I have managed to get two reviews so far. I have had men write me wanting to haggle, but I didn't give in and eventually I got to see some very nice gentlemen who did very well with me and wrote stunning reviews. I am lucky enough to have another provider take me under her wing and mother hen me which she is still doing. Maybe you might want to get to know another provider in your area who might be able to recommend you?

don't do them.  Your safety is first priority, not the desires of potential clients.  As said previously, have patience, the reviews will come.  It's always tough starting out, both for providers and hobbyists.  Have you read the self help center?  There is lots of good info in there.

On your Donations page and Contact Me page, add the following paragraph somewhere or something similar.

My safety and your safety is important to me. To allow time for me to do required screening and reference checks, I DO NOT SEE NEW CLIENTS THE SAME DAY. Thank you for your understanding.

If bet that would cut down on the inquiries with those expecting to see you the same day. If they continue to inquire for same day appointments, feel free to ignore them. A little patience also helps, you are new so some guys might be testing you out. Keep posting ads on your local board every seven days and the more seasoned, serious hobbyists will give you a chance. Your performance and honesty matter more than anything.

I had to switch to Firefox to see your site.

You might want to check this out as many potential clients might just give up.

Okay thank you
I'll contact the site and see if there's anything they could do about that

In the end, do what your comfortable with or you'll be miserable.
I don't see it getting any better...sorry but rest assured, it's a common headache amongst most providers...jus sayin
