I like to set up appointment a week in advance. This is just how I have lived my life for years. When trying to set up with a provider, what do others feel is a fair amount of time to expect a reply before moving on to the next. Or am I doing this backwards and should just keep tring different providers till I get someone availible?

Hi! Setting up appointments a week in advance is awesome...I wish all my clients had the foresight to do that. It bothers me that you have to wait so long for a reply.
Personally, I believe that providers should get back to potential clients within 48 hours. If it ever takes me longer than that, I send a sincere apology.
My question is this - - why pursue a provider who is disinterested/too busy/disorganized? I wouldn't continue to recontact them. Find a provider in your area who is responsive and professional- my belief is that your experience with the provider will mirror the responses you get. You might want to think about that as you are moving forward and looking for a provider.
     Thanks and hugs!

When I initially began to hobby, I determined that email was for the most part a bad way to communicate with providers (not all but many).

I became quite frustrated with the slow reponses or non-responses. Finally, I decided to use the cellphone.

I had much better luck and much less frustration.

Good luck!

depending on her email-
If its yahoo, may go to bulk folder ( most girls dont even have them turned on )

If hotmail. will go to junk folder if you arent already an approved sender...

If AOL. chances are she didnt get it at all or it went to Spam folder.

If it's their own domain.. servers are constantly screwing up trying to get rid of our spammers.. try her again or call.
