Hello, I'm quite a newbie. I have only been with a couple providers, but I made sure to do my research on them through multiple sites, with this site being my main stamp for legitimacy. I'm happy to say that my  experiences so far have been great. However, sometimes I really have the strong desire to take a chance with a provider who does not have any reviews on this site, but maybe one or two good ones on another site. Are there any hobbyists out there that have seen an ad that had minimal reviews (albeit good ones) and went for it? Generally, was you experience like?

Many guys here are not just cocnerned about her looks/performance but whether she is stable and if she is a bigger LE risk.  

Generally speaking, the less reviews, the more risk. TOFTT takes a special kind of hobbyist. Some love the thrill of being "first" but you need to understand the downside.

The more experience you get, the less you need to count on a high number of reviews. If you play the game here properly, you will use the VIP pm system to get info you couldn't possibly get from reading a review. The guys tend to be much more honest bc, out of the limelight so to speak.

I have seen girls with very few reviews, as long as I know one of the reviewers and trust his opinion. I def wouldn't recommend that to a newb, but the way you hobby is your call.

My recommendation would be to gain much more experience here before you go the TOFTT route.

The second risk is she is LE and you are taken for a car ride with a set of bracelets.

With the resources at hand through TER, the bottom line is that it just doesn't make sense to see a lady whom you know nothing about. Sure, you may have a great session, but the inherent risk in getting to that point is just not worth it. The hobby is expensive in so many ways....and not just the hourly cash outlay. All the risks we talk about: your safety, your reputation, your privacy, etc., are way more important than the money. No matter how many years experience you have as a hobbyist, I can never recommend seeing someone on speculation. The downside is way too strong.    

I have always found this notion of "taking one for the team" quite comical. What team am I exactly taking one for? Are my fellow hobbyists going pay me back for my bad session? Are my fellow hobbyists going to accept my one phone call from jail and bail me out? Are my fellow hobbyists going to help me recover emotionally when I have buyers remorse? Of course not. There is no team. We are all independent contractors trying to survive in this complex hobby. Your bad session will be met with: "Oh, tough break Shaking...glad it wasn't me"  

So I ask you, if your alleged teammates are going to do nothing for you, why take the risk at the start and do something for them?  Now, I know what your thinking. If no one ever sees a lady who doesn't have a review, then she never gets started. Well not your problem; someone will see her  But don't be that guy.

I would never recommend it for a newb.  Just generally worth it.  Do your research and wait till you have the Spidey-sense about the ladies.  I've seen too many reviews of disasterous first encounters.

A team mate doesn't "accept your one phone call from jail" nor do we help you to "recover emotionally" whatever the fk that means. That's what your "coach" or mommy and daddy do or the shrink that you apparently need does. LOL

Sad you sound so selfish about this hobby, but here, we all try and help each other, share info, watch each others back for BSC hookers and the like.  

And if we are all "indepent contractors", do I get to write off my condoms, breath mints and hitachi? I might need a ruling from CPA on this as he is my tax write off guru.

Lastly, did it dawn on you for one micro second that TER wouldn't even be here in the first place if nobody TOFTT????? I would have thought a guy with 162 notches in his belt could have figured that all by his little self.

In my area for some reason when I first started to hobby so many ladies were 18-19 year old fresh of the bus type girls so to speak. Meaning they were young and had no reviews and were just starting out.  Not so many young 18 year olds anymore. Back then I would see a lady with no reviews at the drop of a hat. I put youth above all other factors. For me the thrill was being one of the first to see the girl because basically they had only been in the business for a short time. I am a videophile and on many occassions have them saying on video how they just turned 18 in the last few months and have only been doing this for a couple of weeks. It was never about running the risk of a bad session because I can ALWAYS make chicken salad out of chicken shit because what some consider a bad session I consider an awesome one because I want it on video and that is what matters to me most regardless of the experience.

I was a real Cowboy and now that I have way more experience I am too fearful of being arrested to have that carefree just go for it attitude anymore. I do not recommend seeing a lady with no reviews until you have much more experience. Like the poster said without a real Spidey sense you only get with Hobby experience it's not a good idea to travel the TOFTT waters.

I've never been in trouble with the law and want to keep it that way. However I still get the thrill for the fresh off the bus 18-19 year olds and hope that is not my eventual downfall.  

The thrill for me seeing someone with no reviews is having no idea what the girl will really look like or what the experience will be like. Then once you meet seeing where it goes from there. Good or bad I always enjoy myself just because of the rush of seeing a young newbie. The more experience you have you will also learn how to maximize your donations worth through developing your provider communication skills.

Too much out there that's well characterized. Unless you just get off on the thrill of possibly getting arrested, I would advise against it strongly.

In answer to OP, I've been the first guy to see a girl couple of times a year when I feel adventurous.  There's a certain thrill in seeing a brand new girl. Sometimes it's like winning the lottery, sometimes it's a flop but with a bit of research the risk can be minimized somewhat.  

My line of defense would be to just walk the f out if it's a bait and switch. Majority only come up with stupid excuses and I don't want to hear it. Sometimes bat shit crazy girls retaliate even when it's not my fault so the risk of vindictive actions after walking out is clearly there too but very rare.  

Sometimes I stay if the girl is completely different yet still attractive and clean looking. My last one that I TOFTT turned out to be a drop dead gorgeous provider despite her fake photos.  I think they call that "serendipity"?  

As for LE risk, I don't blindly just book with a new girl... obviously. There has to be some sort of reference or a back channel info from a trusted source, but even these have risks cuz they can be flipped by LE trying to trap me. It happens, there was a TER mod who was flipped a few years ago when TER used to use outside volunteer moderators.  

Usually a brand new girl from an agency is trust worthy in that she's probably not LE but no guarantees as to the accuracy of the photos. Largely depends on the agency's practices on accurate photos.  A new girl that a trusted provider I've met recommends, trustworthy. A new girl that a trusted board friend recommends, also trustworthy.  Sometimes a new provider gives me more info to prove her legitimacy than I want to know

Dumb question. How do we know reviews on this site are real and not LE?
