I know that this is going to be a long shot but I was wondering if there are any providers out there that would be interested in having dinner with me around the beginning of December for my birthday and then a 2 hour session back at their incall. Like I said a long shot I know. It may even be rude of me to ask for a provider to come to dinner with me and then only get compensated for 2 hours but its worth a shot. Sorry in advance if i offend anyone.

What I mean is, if you don't already know the provider you really shouldn't expect her to give you any free time.  Most girls have a menu that covers dates like this.  In most cases it's to make sure that, if they don't really enjoy being with you, at least they'll be compensated.
But with women you do know, it's easy to have a conversation about your scenario and I've done it many times.  While I don't look down on anyone who pays for dinner companionship, my rules are:
1) I will happily pay you for sex.
2) I will happily pay for your dinner.
3) I will not pay to watch you eat it.
What I've done is to make the suggestion at the end of a really good session with a girl whose company I enjoy and who seems to enjoy mine.  I have yet to be told "no," though I guess it'll happen someday.  Good luck, and I suggest you book a session now with someone you like, then ask her afterwards.  Even better if you pick someone you've already seen.

The one who gets 300 is two hours to the 1 who gets 600 ! Also there a re MANY GIRLS WHO get 1200 for 4 to 5 hours round it to 1500 and you got a playmate ! Is to ask a lady you see regularly, if you have one. Explain what you want and why. Make it clear that this is a one-time favor and that you won't be asking for free dinner or drinks every time you see her.

It is kind of rude, because most ladies do have a 'dinner date' option on their sites. Or, at least a 3 or 4-hour rate that will cover that amount of time... If you email a girl you've never seen with this kind of request...you are going to make a bad impression.  

I can't see a provider you haven't ever seen before agreeing upfront to something like that, unless she's hard up. Maybe *after* the session, like inicky said. But a lot of ladies are also going to "have some place to be", as we get this kind of request all too often. For every birthday boy asking for us to accompany him to dinner...we have 10 more clients asking to go to drinks, dinner, sleep over, etc. Or just not letting us leave. We don't want to work 50 hours per day, but if clients had their way, we would, and so we're not only inured to these types of requests, but we're very resistant to them.  

I once had a new client book me for *one* hour...then tell me he'd actually made reservations at a nearby restaurant in good faith that I'd join him! I found that very presumptuous and so 'had someone to meet.' Others have just asked (sans reservations), but I've rarely said yes...only to very special regulars, as I mentioned above.

But, there's a lot of competition out there, so you never know. Someone might have a bill due.

You might also find a girl who is a foodie and ask if she has any bucket list restaurants you could treat her to.

That would at least sweeten the pot!  I went on a few dinner dates last week and one last night, I can tell you that it affects the amount of clients I am able to accommodate for the week so that's where the compensation comes into play.  I realize it seems a bit unfair and understand the point made above, that's why I wanted to explain that. I think the other girls would agree.  4-5 hours becomes closer to 7-8 including getting ready and all the details.

Pay for "GETTING DRESSES" time ! And if the guy has at account for EVERY MINUTE AND SECOND , he should find someone else ! And there are ALOT of girls out there for around 1500 on the lower price end and 2000 on the higher ! And yes they are solid 8 to 10 s ! I'm not making a list for this one ....

I implied that as a business enterprise every girl DOES in some form make sure she is compensated for that time as well.  It's never just an hour for us, so while you're paying for an hour, you're really paying for the time she has already included into her hourly rate.  

 
It's not rocket science.  Say what you will about the rates you prefer. Don't speak for everyone. We all have our places, our reasons.  No one was even discussing numbers and rates. The discussion was the breakdown and structure, I was only trying to show a bit of the girl's perspective and suggest the possibility of offering to take said lady to a restaurant she has always to try.

Personally, i love food which is a huge pllus about nyc, and i find it awesome walking into a posh restaurant with an amazing looking woman on my arm, or watching the waiters' jaws drop when one joins me at my table. Way better reaction than wearing an expensive watch or shoes. It's been a great experience every time, whether there's a lot of PDA or whether there's a great convo over wine . The expectation builds and it's great.

Back to you dear birthday boy....I understand your question and the subsequent posts made in conjunction with it....well most of them.  I know a lot of girls are on the pricey side of things for the average person but most do have their reasons and most are probably worth it.  I take in account the fact that we are just having dinner for at least 2 of the 4 hrs on my dinner date package so I dont do straight multiplication with my rates for things like that and I Love great food!  And great company.  I do agree that it should be with someone you already know and like but if if you want something new for your big day maybe you should treat yourself to a lady you are interested in and spring for the extra fees....the difference between 2 hrs and a 4hr dinner date may be negligible....its not much more in my case....and I'm sure other girls are very reasonable as well.  I would have loved to pm you but it didn't look like that was an option....I hope you all the best and I hope you find the perfect date for your birthday!

And I am NOT speaking about either lady you name.  I was just discussing this with another gal who lists a dinner package, and explained my principle (in my post above, so I won't repeat it).  She laughed and said, "That's just for guys  I don't know who may turn out to be jerks I don't want to spend time with.  That way at least I get paid."  She likes me so she waived the fee in my case.

I generally charge for dinner dates. My rate is very reasonable for a dinner date, but I won't do it for free. There are a few exceptions, and most of them (longtime clients) date back to when I was new and didn't get a lot of dinner date requests...I get a lot now.

I don't want any of my clients to think I charge for dinner because I don't like them, when sometimes I do actually look forward to our dates. But, if I didn't charge...during those hours of indulgence, my mind would be wandering to all the work I had to do, books I wanted to read, emails I had to answer...not to mention, the calories I'm consuming I'd have to work off the next morning. It would become a drag. I'd resent it.

For the time I'm eating with a client - I'm interacting with him as a *client*. I'm making HIM happy. I'm gazing into his eyes, kissing his ass, laughing at his stories, eating and drinking as he'd expect me to (not as I'd prefer to). I'm not going to offend him by refusing dessert...I'm going to nurse at least one glass of wine and eat a bit of whatever apps he orders (guys practically force food down our throats). While I'm 'servicing' him...I can't see who's emailing me, if someone needs me to do something...I can't read the news...I can't make a phone call...I can't even yawn.  

I'm also taking time away from things that are important to me, or things that I need to get done (a lot of us don't only escort, or are parents). It's nice to take time to interact with a nice guy OTC...but as I said, so many clients expect or request it that it could easily become overwhelming. I'd have no time or energy to get anything done if I'm always gorging myself, yakking with clients, drinking 2-3 glasses of wine, and getting home late. Fun life maybe...but it's just not practical or sustainable.

I'm sure your company IS enjoyable...from the sense I get of your personality, I honestly don't doubt that one bit. However, you may be getting certain privileges not only from your likability, but from your status as a reviewer and board poster. Your good word goes a long way. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but what you're describing really isn't the norm for many of us ladies out there...I don't think that most clients should be led to expect OTC, or to think that if they're not getting it then it means their ATF doesn't like them.

I never suggested that it was.  Also, for the women I take out to dinner, it's not the kind of "one way street scenario" you're suggesting where you're working hard to laugh at his jokes, etc.  Usually, we're discussing this business and a variety of the participants, sharing information and stories, etc.  So it's valuable and fun for both of us.  Of course, this kind of scenario may be unusual.  But I'm fortunate to have fallen in with a group of men and women here for whom this scenario is actually the norm.  It's been a great experience.

The dude is still a client. And most of my clients are really pretty cool…although I find a small percentage of them awkward and tiresome, that’s definitely not the norm. Most are interesting, caring guys I wouldn’t mind hanging out with off the clock. But still, a client is a client, and time is money, for the reasons I stated above. And strangely…my clients seem to agree with that! Which is very different that it was in the past…I think that my presentation has matured.  

My dates are very relaxed as to time, and it’s rare that I ever feel impatient to leave (unless the guy won’t let me)…but I feel that if the guy knows ahead of time that he wants dinner and ‘dessert’, then he should book that date. Out of respect. Most guys I see are on the same page…altho that’s a bit skewed as I offer longer dates and so guys who LIKE to book dinner dates are more drawn to me.

If it was the norm for me to offer OTC…I’d never have a life, and I’d be broke!! About 75% of my dates are dinner date or longer.

I do enjoy my job and my clients, and part of the reason for that is that I have learned to establish my boundaries before boundaries ever become an issue. It makes it so much EASIER for me to relax and enjoy the time. I feel very lucky to have clients who value my time and business and are willing to compensate me generously. I appreciate that attitude enormously. It’s really very rare in this business. But I think it’s because *I* value my time…and that attitude/confidence comes across.

I’ve seen a fair amount of board guys in my time. They’ve (mostly) been great guys…the only ones who weren’t, I saw with agencies and so had no say in the matter. But whenever I’ve seen a board guy as an independent, I plan to accommodate some OTC to a greater or lesser degree. It’s part and parcel of the package….they ALWAYS expect it. And it’s talking about the business, like you said…interesting, as I’ve heard some great stories and have plenty of my own to share as well. I’d do it again if one contacted me and I felt like we’d be compatible. But it does kind of feel like selling out/schmoozing to me. Even if I like the guy.

Not condemning it at all…sounds like you’re happy, and so are the girls you see, and that’s what’s important. They’re fine with OTC and why should you argue?

For me it works differently and I'm quite up front about it.  My motto is, I'll happily pay you for sex and I'll happily buy you dinner.  I just won't also pay to watch you eat it.
Most of my OTC dinner dates happened spontaneously.  Usually, she had no further bookings and it was meal time.  Hints were dropped and deals were made.  In other cases it was negotiated up front, though I'd already had several dates with them so we knew each other. In several other cases, it was their idea.  In a few cases, they insisted on paying the tab.  It's complicated, but let's just say "shit happens."
In a broader sense, what I've often done is the opposite of civvy dating where you see someone a few times, get to know them, then have sex.
I see providers a few times, have sex, get to know them and, sometimes, a friendship develops.  So in that sense it works backwards from civvy dating.
I feel very lucky because I've met a group of men and women in this world who have become my friends.  In some cases, close friends.  In fact, with a few women, sex isn't even in the picture for a variety of reasons but the friendship lasts.  Funny world.

I'd be happy to consider friends in any sense of the word. But we are more friends in the context of this hobby. Some of them are married or only hobby occasionally, and so they have a need to compartmentalize their sexcapades.  

I have more email buddies than OTC buddies. I do consider them friends...even though it is still a provider-client relationship, that doesn't mean I'm any less fond of them. We have come to know each other a bit, and care about each other...I'm happy to hear from them when there's no appointment scheduled. I'm genuinely glad to have them in my life. But none of them are inviting me over for Thanksgiving, lol.

I live a ways away...so it's kind of obvious that hanging out as 'buddies' is off the table...and I also bank off the 'low-volume' approach (most clients assume, correctly, that I'm their only appointment of the evening...they may even assume, incorrectly, that they're the only one I'm seeing all week). It's one thing when a girl's already made her 2.5k that day and she just wants to wind down and eat...it's quite another when she's blocked out her entire evening just for one client and she might not have another appt for at least a few days (he thinks, lolol).
