We are pretty much tapped out of questions except  for this one.  We pay 33% here ($100 out of $300 to the agency).  What is the split for the girls with an agency in Manhattan?  We are assuming the rate is in the $300 range there, too.  Any providers out there who know?

I have heard different amounts ranging between 40 and 50% to the agency.

Being a Madam at one point the split for my outcall as well as incall was 50/50. Outcall services have to pay a driver then what ever is left over gets split in half. For the incall it was 300 per hr and the girl upped half to the house but did not have to tip out to the phone girl, maid or security as is expected at many other incalls.
 There was a point where I was just handling the scheduling and e-mails for a few select ladies, I did not pay for adds only did scheduling, then I only took 100 out of 300. When I decided to go indie on my own I showed them where to advertise and the ropes and they finally saw all the work that goes into it as well as the expense if you hVE A PLce with LOT OF ADVERTISINGT COSTS AS WELL AS OVERHEAD, my rent alone for the incall was 3600. Then there was maid service, lawyer retINERS ETC. I guess it depends on what they are doing for you and if they are incurring costs. Just my experience running CLPC and April's Elite. Remember April? lol
