Anybody know a good GFE agency or independent that starts early?  Most of the time I need an appointment around 9am so I can make it to work relatively on time.  After work is a lot harder to work out.  I know it sucks for the girls having to be up and perform so early, but any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.

You'll be totally relaxed by the table shower.  FS is guaranteed, no tip required over the $$ house fee.  DATY is OK for most of the girls, and some of them DFK, BBBJ, or will give you two pops.
