Checkmate answered when I called today and they said they'll be open on 12/21 and 12/22.  But they said because they have a velvet rope entry policy, I should send in a photo of myself and my partner so they can see what we look like ahead of time and put us on the guest list.  Is this something new?  I've gone in the past and just shown up and they've let me and my date in.  Anyone been there lately?
