I still disagree that this is something that should be outed on a board.  Maybe in the backchannels via PM and email, and maybe from one provider to another when she was a party to it, but otherwise...no fucking way.  There is just too much chance for someone to say something that was hearsay as opposed to getting the straight scoop privately from ONE person who WAS A PARTY.

Suppose someone went on the boards and said, "Diana Fletcher offered bareback to me."  That could be a patently false statement (clearly, I am fabricating this here as an example), but what's to stop someone from doing that?  It's gonna slander you and hurt your business and reputation.

These matters should always be discussed at the discretion of the provider or client to another person confidentially through direct email or PM.  It should NOT be blasted on a public thread.

In a weird sort of way I am glad TER is allowing the conversation about bbfs and bbfs reviews. OTOH it is amazing to me that anyone is actually participating in bbfs. I have read the reviews and seen the ads with my own two eyes.

I don't think too many people would go into their dentists office and allow a dentist to put bare hands in their mouth. I don't think anyone would KNOWINGLY go to a hospital for a surgery KNOWING that the surgeon is not going to wear a glove...oh and the same surgeon DOES 4-5 BARE HAND SURGERIES A DAY!! Why on Earth would ANYONE participating in the hobby agree to have uncovered sex? This is not two people in a long term committed relationship...unless all your relationships are by the hour? We are talking about two people who may or may not know anything about each other. The only thing they can be sure of is both of them are definitely going to go fuck some more people they do know as soon as possible. If a girl agrees to bareback with a client...it's not because he is so special. That's her MO and as soon as he leaves, someone else will be just as special. Same goes for clients...if a client asks one girl...he asks everyone he sees.

As a budding hobbyist a number of years ago I used to frequently worry about STDs.  Today, I still worry, but less so. Speaking with several providers, experiencing the manner in which they conduct themselves and living the high cost of habitual hobbying, I became comfortable that to a certain degree we self-regulate this issue.  I then took the added precaution of confiding my hobbying to my GP who is understandably chagrined. He has however committed me to semiannual blood work as well as certain hygienic pre and post date rituals.

Over the years I have declined the rare bbfs occasioned on me and have not returned to the provider.  Armed with our loaded guns exploding into professional sex workers incarcerates us to humbly realize that we collectively have some deficiency and therefore share our allusioned conquests with other equally inadequate, but obviously well compensated, men. No man aspires to sex with women he must pay, we prefer willing companions no matter the level our sexual depravity.  

Unquestionably, our conflicting narcissistic insecurities must not culminate in abandoning our sensibilities.  Has SEXEGENARIAN gone mad?  Sad, as I have read many of his reviews over the years and shared many of the same providers. (It’s gross when you put it that way).  Does he have a death wish?  I don’t think so, I hope he is kidding and I will chalk this one idiotic question up to delusions of an aging hobbyist who is trying to anonymously sensationalize his stupidity. Actually after re reading my diatribe, I realize, I may be guilty of the same.  

As AIDS has transformed from being a death sentence to being something almost more (totally incorrect) perceived as a chronic illness that can be treated like diabetes, people have lost touch with the dangers of unprotected sex.

If you are single and out fucking around in Manhattan, you know that many people just don't use condoms or protection all the time.

So I think that same cavalier attitude comes out when you start talking about seeing providers, as well.  The idea is...she's a high-end provider and only sees guys like me who are professionals.
