the only positive thing i said about jason is that he recruited some fantastic girls.

i also said that he's done terrible damage to the business, promoted girls who were disappointing, had shills on this board, posted and had posted for him bogus reviews, ignored constant advice from all sides that he was going too far, and caused his own destruction. you say i'm sticking up for him?

some things i didn't say are that it got to the point almost a year ago where i wouldn't book through him anymore; that i eventually stopped using the agency for most of the spring and all last summer; and only started using them again in the fall when katy and elle joined them and jason was off the phones.

jason's in jail; what's left of the agency is radioactive. rip.

I started to look back at the postings when Frankie2003a and I and several others took on NYConfidential.  All you defenders of NYCon--particularly after the posted photograph of Itzler--where are you now? Not where are you sessioning--I really don't care. Your taste has been revealed for what it was -- you actually DEFENDED NYConfidential. But why are you so silent, now? Has it occurred to you that the scamsters of NYCon were taking you for a ride--selling you the sizzle but not the kobe steak you thought you were getting?  Please, speak up. Defend yourselves.

labeled modified after you've posted, leaving the reader to wonder what transpired--whether you were broken down into amending a post; or leave them up with the typo as an indication of authenticity, assuming the meaning is correct.

English I have no problem with. I never learned Spanish since we don't have a gardner.

aficionado is an english word, never mind though. you have obviously earned a tremendous amount of respect in they eyes of some on this board by posting countless reviews, however useful they may be. may i be so bold, as a no-review member, and offer a scenario which may alleviate some of the anguish of your apparent obsession with high-end agencies and providers. book a couple of hours with some of your favorite roleplay providers, have one of them pretend to be jason (size of strap-on at your discretion), the others could be ter members you despise (who obviously would have no dicks), or high-priced providers that you cant afford (perhaps some zits on their asses for special effects), and do your thing. hey, if you play your cards right i might even start a collection...

You are on a par with someone who would say that "aficianado" isn't a Spanish word which has made its way into English usage. Of course it is a Spanish word which has made its way into English, like matador rather than bullfighter.  As the greatest bull-slayer since Theseus, like me slay your bull: You don't post reviews, no one who has posted reviews prior to today refers to seeing you with a provider--maybe you're just a wannabe wanker, the fingers of one hand on the keyboard and the fingers of the other clutched around...? That seems about right.

you know cappie, that hurts, i'm not a wannabe wanker, i am a wanker, probably not as proficient as you, but then who is...

you still cant spell aficionado, but i'll give you credit for claiming stupidity as an indicator of authenticity in your previous post, well done.

i am somewhat surprised though that you, as the originator of this thread, looking to pick a fight with lets call them clandestine NYConfidential operatives, which may make more sense for a roleplayer like you, came with no ammunition. kinda makes it seem like all you were looking for was for someone to blow smoke up your ass for having the foresight of a LE crackdown....very manly of you

Joe Kolb likes to cause trouble! Hopefully he will be moderated soon! I can feel it! Can you feel the love Joe.

Thank you Mmax. This forum is like a cocktail party. The wannabe's are looking over the shoulders of the players who are in the center of the room. The wannabe's wanna enter the conversation, so once in a while, one of them will make a lame remark to get attention. You're right--only the viewpoints of players count on this board. Poor JoeKolb ain't one of them. Just a lame, wanker wannabe who gets it caught in the zipper.

...jason obviously crapped in the nest and has done terrible damage to the business but he did introduce me to some exceptional women: cheryl, bianca, samantha, joelle, brooke, katy, elle, natalia...

just like at every other agency, it is the best girls that carried nyc and justified the prices; i had mediocre experiences at nyc just as i've had at ml, bdj, fde, french courts, nycovergirls, pink, etc.

however, jason had a gift for recruiting many wonderful girls that would have NEVER escorted if it were not for his persuavive powers, the clientle he attracted and the prices he was able to get. as a consequence, i'm pretty sure i spent more at his agency than anywhere else and, overall, have been pleased with the experience.

i really don't know why the fact that i and other ter members had good experiences with nyc bothers you so much. i don't care who you see and why should you care who i see?  i doubt you ever used nyc, so how can you objectively rate the experience? you and the other price whining crybabies have gotten to be a total pain in the ass, contribute nothing constructive to this board and should have your posts flaming other ter members deleted.

sure, it was obvious jason had shills on this board and was able to post, or have posted for him, bogus reviews. it was almost comical when a girl like nina, who had her face posted in full view on the site and was maybe an 8, got nothing but 10/10s. i've never believed a 10/10 rating and don't know why anyone else would, either for a nyc girl, a bdj girl or any other. unless it's denise richards having been starved for sex for a month, as far as i'm concerned, 10/10's don't exist.

did jason go too far? of course and everyone he knew told him that but he wouldn't listen and is now paying the consequences. however, he did the best recruiting in this business BY FAR (speaking from three years of experience) and, for many of us, that will be sorely missed.

And this comes from one who has never used the services of NYC, and who was always deeply resentful of the mockery which Jason made of this board and the TER review process.

I have had the experience of spending time with a lady who was briefly associated with NYC, a decision which she still regrets, and discussing with her some of her observations and reactions, so I can claim some small bit of inside knowledge, albeit second-hand, of what went on inside the Worth Street casbah.

As for the reviews of NYC girls, I have stated here before (obviously recently, since stating such things has only recently become permissible) that those reviews were of three types: the legit ones, the Jason-posted ones, and the Jason-bought ones, with the first type being the minority. While this was confirmed to me in the aforementioned discussions, it hardly took any great insight or inside information to realize that fact.

(Oh, and BTW moleculo, was that a confession in your penultimate paragraph?)

Hopefully, the dust will soon settle without too much damage to the hobby community in New York from Jason's in-your-face antics. His career ends as it began, or to paraphrase an old saying, live by the media, die by the media.

...nor did i ever shill for jason, give anyone a 10/10 or write a bogus review for nyc, if that's what you were referring to...

Landem3354 reads

thank you again for your honesty. I actually can believe that your few NYC reviews were in the minority category of legitimate ones - after all, they were not 10/10's.

(Although I disagree with you as to the existence of 10/10's. I believe that they do exist - I didn't until about a year ago, but someone changed my mind. This, however, is a totally different topic.)

You have found something that you will never find again (one in a lifetime means just that) and you continue to hobby. Sort of like eating the ultimate meal then sniffing your own fart for the rest of your life.

Landem4176 reads

Lame? Fart? Why the hostility? You have a bad day?

I have previously expressed my opinion, on both this board and the National board, that the verbal descriptor attached to a 10 rating "once in a lifetime" cannot be read literally. If anything is lame, it is that description.

If it were read literally, then logically a hobbyist could give a 10 rating only under two circumstances: a) from the grave or b) after retiring from the hobby, looking back and reflecting upon all of his experiences and then writing a review of the single best experience he had over whatever span of years. (Of course, TER would allow that review only if the event happened within the last three months of his career.) Anything else fails the literal reading of the description which you suggest. Well, no, I suppose under your theory, once a hobbyist has had an experience which he considers to be a 10/10 and decides to write a review, he is then morally and ethically obligated to retire from the hobby immediately.

Now I do not mean to suggest that a 10 rating, in either looks or appearance, let alone in both, should be given lightly. But in the end it is just a number, a number which represents a truly spectacular and mindblowing experience, which is by its nature a subjective evaluation. And yes, Virginia, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10's do exist. Unless one takes literally that which logically cannot be taken literally.

Of the two ladies to whom I have given a 10/10, take a look at the reviews of the one who still has an active TER profile. She has received 48 10/10 reviews (out of 118 reviews over a period of four years). Are the other 47 reviewers who felt she was a 10/10 lame like me? 19 more reviewers gave her a 10 in either appearance or performance. Are they lame too? Among the reviews of the other providers whom I have seen, both those I've reviewed and those I've not reviewed, there are dozens, probably hundreds, of 10/10 reviews. Are all of those reviewers lame too? Of the ladies you yourself have seen and reviewed, two of them have received at least one 10/10 review. Are these reviewers also lame? If you think so, then you have just insulted a very, very large number of TER members.

While you may be stilltryin to find a 10/10 experience, others have found it.

If you want to disagree with my views, by all means feel free to do so. You are certainly entitled to your opinions. But do try to express them without the gratuitous sophomoric name calling. There's been far too much fartin on this board lately, we don't need more.

And who, exactly, did I attack? I musta missed it.

C******.

Putting Jackass Jason aside, the whole paragraph was an attack on people that do not see things the way you do. The sentence in parentheses was a direct attack on another poster. Do not play innocent schoolboy with me when you pull shit like that. Also, people that pull sophomoric tricks always seem to be the people that use that word to describe other people's posts. Give me a break, oh, I have an idea, go bang a few streetwalkers and do some corporal punishment on them at the same time, that will allow you to do what you are good at and keep you off the board, it will also be in your preferred price range.

Landem3033 reads

I have obviously struck some nerve with you, but I have no idea what it is or what your problem is.

Yes, my post did attack Jason. But then, by your "Jackass Jason" reference, I will assume that even you admit he is a perfectly legitimate target. The only other people, totally anonymous ones at that, whom I attack are those who accepted compensation from Jason for writing phony reviews. Are you suggesting that such bribe-takers are honorable TER members who deserve to be defended?

As for the second paragraph which you quote, it was a question not an attack. The individual to whom it was directed understood it properly (even if you did not); he answered the question (civilly, I might add, which you seem incapable of); and I thanked him for his response. See the two posts immediately following mine which you quoted.

As for my "preferred price range" in providers, you have no idea what that is. While there have been posters who have complained about NYC for its prices, I am not one of them. I defy you to find a post by me in which I in attacked NYC for its prices, as opposed to its sleazy business practices. Happy hunting.

Since you fancy yourself the great grammarian, let me point out the following:

1) There is no "sentence in paragraphs." Yes, the second paragraph you quote was a single sentence. But I thnk the word you were looking for was "parentheses." (That's the plural of parenthesis, BTW.)

2) The word "schoolboy" has an "l" in it. No doubt this was a mere typographical error on your part, but in another thread you use a typo to attack another poster as being, according to you, "not too swift with the english (sic) language" so I have little compunction about pointing out yours.

3) In Standard Written English, the word "English" is ALWAYS written with a capital E, NEVER lowercase. The fact that you commited this same error in two separate posts indicates that these were not mere typos on your part, a failure of the fingers to hit the shift key, but rather are indicators of a deficiency in your grasp of the proper use of capitalization.

In closing, I should note that I am mystified by your opening line: "C******."

Is it a salutation or form of address? (If it is, that would be grammatical error number 4, since the proper punctuation would be a comma or a colon, but never a period.)

And if, as I infer, it indicates that you believe you are engaging in this little repartee with captyve, then you are under a misapprehension. I am not he and he is not I. I am sure this sounds odd to your tin ear, but it is both grammatically correct and factually accurate.

(Although, on reflection, I doubt that repartee is the correct choice of word. Webster defines it as "a succession or interchange of clever retorts." There is nothing at all clever about your remarks.)

(And a final parenthetical - and the reason for the edit flag - was that I meant to point out that you only get one more shot. By the morning, this thread will have scrolled off to Page Two and almost no one will read it anymore. Have a nice life.)

Last sentence of the 4th paragraph of Mo's post: Priceless

JustHere3608 reads

wow, sounds as though NYC may have a new pimp on their hands...

Nice try dude...

...yeah, and i'm also pimping for american-beauties, premier dolls, pink, fde, chez brigitte, nycovergirls, boutique..all the defunct agencies...

you are one stupid motherfucker...

mo

"however, jason had a gift for recruiting many wonderful girls that would have NEVER escorted if it were not for his persuavive powers, the clientle he attracted and the prices he was able to get." Priceless. Even in the face of the NYPost articles. Priceless.

"i doubt you ever used nyc, so how can you objectively rate the experience?" Of course I never used NYConfidential because, like every other normal person who has now seen the REAL Itzler--if that is his real name--I wanted nothing to do with him. I spotted his phoniness when he posted on the TER NY Discussion Board website in April 2004. Prior to that, I had no feelings one way or the other, except for his noxious self-aggrandizement. After the April 2004 posts---he was a disaster waiting to happen that--as I predicted--would splash over every hobbyist and provider. I was right--YOU WERE WRONG.

"you and the other price whining crybabies" You haven't the faintest idea how much I spend on my sessions. None at all. For example, Angel's was $500 for Angel plus $185 for the dungeon plus 10% for charging it.  And it was an experience I knew no one else in NY would every have unless they duplicated exactly what I did. You--you got suckered in by Jason.

Condemned by your own posted response, just like Jason was many months ago.

what you quote in your paragraph one is true..ask amy, sophia, erica, lisa, elle

paragraph two: me and a lot of others told jason he was asking for trouble, i said so in my post...you and i were both right

paragraph three: my fault, guilt by association; many of your nyc bashing pals seem obsessed with the nyc prices, for no good reason.

"ask amy, sophia, erica"  I am to ask a whore why her pimp is so fantastic?  Guess what, fella, EVERY whore thinks her pimp is fantastic--every single one of them.  That's why they have pimps, yunnerstan?

"me and a lot of others told jason he was asking for trouble" Then you are willing to live far, far, far more dangerously than anyone I know. The NYPD have his records, names, e-mails, customer credit cards. And STILL you associated with him? I would never smoke a Cohiba in a gasoline staion while filling my car, but then, again, what is life without adventure?

"guilt by association" It's called a McCarthyite smear. Not me, then, nor anyone I've ever read about NYConfi has objected to "high prices". It's selling the sizzle of well-marbled Kobe beef to cover quite ordinary ground chuck. No one objects to high prices---just that many who sessioned there thought the girls weren't worth it. I didn't care. What I did warn people off was that Jason was a disaster waiting to happen.

to your first point: not all nyc girls thought jason was "wonderful": some did; most did not; a few hated him. in fact, when bruce and jason split and pink was formed about a year ago, nearly every one of the top girls stayed with bruce at pink and dumped jason, even though it was jason who recruited them. but jason could be a very persuasive salesman, and the girls liked the clients and the money. that's how many of them got hooked.

your second point: please don't scare me like that!!! when a-b was busted, i became concerned at my exposure at all my regular agencies. i did some research and concluded that the risk is negligible. i don't lose much sleep over that one.

point three: joe mccarthy, yikes! next you'll be comparing me to goebbels, hitler and john ashcroft! in case you missed it, i did say "my fault", which, to my knowledge, is an admission of a mistake. and, in case you missed it, i also said that i too have had some mediocre  (i.e., weren't worth it) experiences with nyc, as i have with every other agency and many indies. and, in case you missed it, "i'm paying here" weighed in with a typical price whiner post regarding nyc a few threads above. but, again, i'm sorry i lumped you in with the price whiners.

as far as your early warning sixth sense regarding jason, give it a rest...what do you expect, the nobel peace prize? not for something many others saw coming a mile away.

...i pay much less than $700; it's actually in the range of all these "just as good" indies" i keep hearing about but who don't deliver, in looks or performance, when i actually see them.

really, you don't think all (or even most) of my dates with nyconfi girls were on the books?

It was a great source of entertainment.  And the florid and obviously bought reviews from the shillers were a reliable source of a good chuckle.  Novatny's in particular used to crack me up.

But it was Jason's copywriting I'll really miss.  Who can forget such brilliant, unintentionally comedic moments as his description of Natalia's motivation for whoring - ie that she was "researching for a future film role as the world's greatest courtesan"?  Ah, those were the days.............

It was taking so long to load I thought they had trashed it.  Thank god for that.  I love that site....

I don't get it, you didn't strike me as someone shilling for NYC back then, why now(after Jason's criminal past is now under broad daylight)? I am sure you will disagree, but other members here aren't picking on you for no reason - those who did the shilling for NYC over the last year or so have all disappeared, except one who came back bashing the same agency he highly praised just months ago; when confronted by other members he started accusing them of being hypocritical (this business and this board are about exploitation, as he kindly pointed out) – I didn’t know one could be born-again so quickly…Again, I don’t understand why you want to closely associate yourself with Jason now and become the punch bag for everyone. As to what the $$$$$$$$$$ bought for you, it’s exactly what others on this board bought, often for much less. You know what, I have met a couple of them. They are good at what they do, unlike some other members here I don’t doubt you had a great time, but in reality no piece of ass is worth that much. As another member pointed out months back, he had met a couple of the NYC girls before they started working for Jason. What happened afterward was that rates shot up substantially and all of a sudden they were advertised as virgins. Hey, it’s your money, nobody cares how you spend it; but why stick up for Jason…

the only positive thing i said about jason is that he recruited some fantastic girls.
