To have a tax exempt not for profit 501 C-3 you must file tax returns showing your purpose, your location, your grant status and a list of contributors, as well as salaried employees (who pay straight income tax).  That means anyone who pays you via your 501 C-3 Paypal scam is open to an audit.
You cannot have a retirement account listed as a 501 C-3, that retirement account is classified as a 403-B, you have showed your ignorance or is it that all you really want is the person real name and location so you can extort them later in life or scam using their name and address.  We all know the Russians are the key ID theft purveyors in the USA.  They have emptied out our federal assistance programs from Food Stamps, Medicaid, SSI, SSD and Sec 8 housing.  BTW, an ID check has shown that you have an apt under Sec 8 assistance programs.  So who is scamming more than you are. Never paying any taxes but taking from the system over and over again.

If ya have to worry about someone checking your accts or reading your statements, you can easily pocket an extra $25 every cpl days by choosing to do the grocery shopping or wake up one morning & go put gas in your SO's car. In fact ya might even earn some 'extra rewards' like a morning 'romp' for that one out here in this cold weather.  recommend anything with a papertrail, people seem to be very vindictive & you never  
Of course their are always exceptions to every rule but personally I think it's smart to not leave any type of paper trail....You just don't know how someone will react one day when they can't talk ya into that discounted session 'since youve known each other so long'.  
Pre-paid credit cards are iffy as well, cuz the guy is oviously buying it with another bank or credit card, which he cud easily say was stolen when he is being questioned by SO asking what is it he got at the corner store worth $500 (where he could have easily gotten cash back, instead of payin for the pre-paid card). If you do accept the pre-paid credit card, please remember to verify the funds are on there before the session begins.  
Back to the PayPal question, why doesn't this guy have the paypal acct. send him a check for the balance on there (paypal does do that, it only takes a cpl of days)? He can then go to a check cashing place & cash it?
