This churlish and drama-filled post is broadcasting the signal to your potential clients that you can be publicly vindictive. Is that really the image you want to portray? If you want to be a successful independent, then market why guys should choose you, rather than focus on why they should not choose someone else.
I had the pleasure of working for Sia Sky, owner of De La Luna NYC last winter. In the very short amount of time that I worked for her, she mentioned that I should get my own website. So I did! Ever since then, she has dissected my website and ads and has tried to take on my specific phrases as her own. I laugh because she so upset that I am doing well by taking her own advice! So as this 'word for word' forgery continues to happen, I thought it would be a good conversation topic to discuss here on TER to find out what some readers think.
OK, Here are a few of the reasons I left my belongings there and never went back to work for Sia Sky.
#1: Her towels and washcloths are spotted and stained, yuck. Also, spraying bleach instead of alcohol to disinfect is an accident waiting to happen. She also asked me to wear an "oily" wig that was supposed to be used as a disguise (I was confused why Sia asked everyone to wear the same wig and then advertise them as different girls?!) When bringing the photographs to her attention...
#2: Sia gave me an exact date/time of when I would have professional photos taken and conveniently never picked up her phone the day of the shoot. In the meantime Miss Sky, another working girl (a good friend of hers), and I were using copy/paste photos to represent us for advertising. The photos Sia had stolen, are of models looked nothing like any of us. Sia continues to use photos from well known professional models and local practitioners photos for her staff. (I have even seen a woman posted a message on TER back in 2010 saying she had to call Sia and ask her to remover her photos! I posted the link on my twitter page). This kind of fake-it-until-you-make-it attitude creates defamation of character for the many women who fall victim to Sia's thoughtless game by obtaining several negative and suspicious reviews pertaining to DeLaLuna. Getting back to my reasoning, Sia had booked a couple of outcall appointments for me with the same gentleman.
#3: The client mentioned to me that she was trying to book them for herself. He declined stating that he felt comfortable with me and very much enjoyed our first session.
#4 (the final straw): After returning from the second visit, she changed my split and pocketed the travel expenses as if she drove HER car and bought gas!!
If you have noticed, the "girls" turnover rate is about a month. That speaks volumes about Sia's management skills. Her employment requirements are hysterical, does she even read her own expectations?! Lets give Sia the benefit of the doubt and say her girls really are International Models, it explains why she cant hold on to them. The UNRELATEABLE factor strikes again!
BEWARE & DONT BE FOOLED by "DeLaLunaNYC" or "Sia Sky"! She may be sweet to your face but I promise you, SIA SKY IS A MONSTER BEHIND YOUR BACK! You have been warned and can find the truth by doing a little research of your own.
She was always sweet to me, but I'm a client and a girl who works for her.

As far as some of your points...
1. Lots of places will use different outfits/pics for different girls. That could be chalked up to just "marketing," or it could be something more underhanded. I don't know, and I won't speculate. I know another bodyrub place in the city that does the same thing, as told to me by a Russian girl who used to work for her. Sia should be buy new towels and washcloths. If she is worried about cost, she could buy them cheap on overstock.com.
2. It's pretty well-known that many places use stolen photos. It's not hard to figure this out, either, as all you have to do is use Tineye or Google Images to figure out where the pics came from.
3. That sucks when the phone girl front-runs you (finance term) and tries to steal your client for herself. The fact that she runs the place means that she gets paid double, essentially.
4. Splits should be well-defined. Girls do this for money, so fucking a girl out of her money is purely unacceptable.
Girls talk in this business. And they find out really quickly who the good bosses and places are, and who the shitty ones are. That really sucks if this is true. But bad business practices like this don't stay hidden for long. There's a lot of stuff that gets talked about in the backchannels.

Your biggest critic in this thread is quite the subtle hypocrite.
I plead ignorance about the original poster. This is the first time i have heard of her. But if you keep an eye on the critic's reviews you will get an idea about the hypocrisy of the 'critic' in question here. Any bad review on the 'critic' gets magically disappear within 2 or 3 days of posting. I wonder why?. My comment will probably get removed too. The 'critic' is the most dishonest you will come across in this biz... just a hollow hearted soul with penchant for nothing but money, sounding smart with carefully picked lines from the books etc etc ... yet a flamboyant depiction of a Sia's or whatever's momma but posturing to be the otherwise. This biz would be great place without the faces of like 'critic' ones.
