Amazing, everytime I try to look at the new reviews from New York, and then locations as Long Island, the only good ones are agencies, and the rest are so-so reviews with descriptions as "BBW", etc.....
99.9 percent of them are not so good, no DFK, CBJ only, i mean it's totally totally weird. Are we geographically undesirable for the good hot independent providers or is the agency based providers encouraging their fan-base to write a review and the indies are not "hip" to the value of a good review?
for every 20-new reviews from New York, maybe 1 or 2 are from long island and they usually are not high standard of providing, non-pse, non-gfe.......

On another note Santino if you don't see FS providers anymore is it that your out of the hobby?

As Long Island hobbyists dominated the discussion, and were able to divert many visiting ladies into visiting LI.  This was a major reason why I only lurked back then.   NJ remains a minor player in the tri-state market unless you include CL and BP.  

What happened?  Did the core of LI hobbyists drift away?

THanks for the comments, exactly my thoughts, not criticizing the providers you may like, age or whatever, just confirms my suspicions that it's extremely limited here on long island.
Maybe its like you said a matter of scanning the visitors, but wow, it's not easy, its alot of work.

YES, I absolutely agree with everything said by the former hobbyists BUT lest we not forgent that the LE in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties are HEAVY DUTY. Many agencies are wary of being too active in Long Island for that reason. BDJ & Aphrodites are very experienced and pose the least risk. I peronally know of several situations wherein the Nassau County Police staked motels and even had undercover police pose as a John and trick a provider, making arrrests. Providers have to be very wary of the source of a referral. Merely because someone identifies themself as a TER member and furnishes their handle name is not enough. They should be requested to send the provider a PM to insure that they are in fact who they say they are.

Moreover, providers  or hobbyists should under no circumstances  respond to a knock on the door requesting admittance by either the Management or the Police without first viewing a Court Warrant. Warrants are not likely to be issued for a constitutionally protected one on one motel session but are generally given for the larger scale brothel operation (like the ones in NYC which should be avoided).

So as  was previously said, in addition to BDJ & Aphrodites, stick with the Indy's and the most reputable and reliable ones such as Bobbi, Alyssa (too bad her associate Malissa retired)Christina, Jazmine of 516wish and lest we not forget, Kendall the Amazing Amazonian. Be extra wary of the touring providers advertising on eros.com. I will never see an eros.com provider who is not reviewed on TER. I have found that the majority of those eros.com ads are deceptive and bait and switch. Moreover, you face the risk of being assaulted, robbed or otherwise violated.

I have been hobbying for  many more years than I am willing to admit and are fortunate to have followed the rule of "Better Safe than Sorry " and "If in doubt, DON'T". I just hope that my luck doesn't run out and that I don't outlive my dick. Life without sex is like a day without sunshine.

I used to work for BDJ, I went with to LI several tilmes only because I know they have a database in that area that they can trust. After I left this agency I advertised in LI before going and I had zero phone calls plus I heard the stories about the cops in LI so I made the decision not to go to LI at all. If at least I could pre-book before going there I would take the chance but is not happening so go see me to the city baby
