....or pure Bullshitter?

I'm asking this about the top reviewer in NY (by numbers).  Out of 268 reviews, I checked ~30 of them, and of that, he was the only reviewer for 28 of them.  The other 2 had one other person.  And I don't even how how this is possible, but a (for instance) nov-16 review would be linked to a 11 month old ad.

Could it be he's tapped into the scene in a part of the city (like the Bronx) that doesn't get much attention here

I’ve always marveled at greenjeans’ moxie with his penchant for lower-priced shorter-stay choices in the hood.  

After discovering him through his reviews some time ago, it’s clear that he goes where most of us would choose not to go.  And he reports the good, the bad and the ugly, often times just so-so or not-so-good so it is no wonder that this TOFTT wonder rarely motivates others to follow in what I view as his dangerous footsteps.  

I will continue enjoying greenjeans’ reviews which I believe are not fictitious

Thanks, this perspective is interesting.  In my mind, I like the idea of venturing out and finding economical hood talent.  In reality, I'd probably crap my pants if I wandered too far off the beaten path.   The other aspect that made it hard to envision all of this being true is the name...for whatever reason, it makes me think of a tall lanky old guy who wears overalls and no shirt underneath wandering the barrios.
