Try the TER BDSM board.  Plenty of subs based in the NY area and also that travel here from other locales.  Backpage and TEG have plenty of subs posting ads too.  If you have patience you can find some real subs on CL too.  This is a golden age of subs around here.  I too am a Dom and I am having a blast.  Go for it.
