They do that sometimes.  All of their full size pictures are real.
I know,  I have personally seen Becky.

Yes...

I can confirm this (this was my first agency, not too long ago). The full-size pictures are real, to the best of my knowledge, but they use a fake face picture for the small thumbnails. It serves a discretionary/stylistic purpose more than anything else. It's a very good agency.
