I don't tip for escorts, generally speaking. The amount should be all-inclusive.

I agree that a tip is in line when there is extra service.

But extra service and a tip (as opposed to an upcharge) is rare.  A situation like that is when a girl decides to do BBBJ instead of CBJ, or she does CIM when she normally doesn't.  Or gives multiple pops and goes over time slightly.
