Decided to explore and joined TER to do my homework.
Any tips/recommendations for the new guy?
I'm in Queens, so local recommendations would be nice.
How did your first experience go?
I'm still building my vocabulary, and I keep seeing the work menu. Now, am I correct in saying that, this is a figurative "menu"? Or is there an actual book?

Thanks!

I would recommend the newbie boards and self help center. Also you will find a link under general discussion, regarding abbreviations/acronyms! i would look over them so that you can understand the juicy details when reading reviews! ;)
Good Luck!

Hmm.  Kaydens --- Kayden_love.lv   What (or of whom) was this guy thinking when he created his handle?

I suggest reading the Newbie board for a while (several days) and asking non-regional questions there. The Newbie Board policy is to be friendly and not flame, berate or be overly sarcastic to people for asking newbie questions there.

I'd also recommend to take a look at the urban dictionary. We use a lot of the language you can find there.
