This is actually one of my absolute favorite sessions, so much so that I usually end up doing it (to some degree)  
in my regular sessions.  I love to move at a tantalizingly slow pace, incorporating light touches and the use of my fingernails until someone is writhing and begging me for release.  I give my clients the option of incorporating soft restraints, toys, and sacred massage into my session as well.  I am a fetishist at heart and an expert at keeping someone on the edge...
