Nathans , we go ( atf ) to the ballpark , she loves cotton candy and the beach ....its a blast ....also do movies and great adventure in jersey .... I eat at restaurants almost every day so it gets tired ....and the dog she loves it ,eats it like an ice cream cone ...... then juniors cheese cake for dessert ......

Pastrami , there's a secret place on the west side , it rocks ..... then some shopping , in the summertime its great ..girls love the outlet stores over there .... the "fancy shit " is for the suckers , most places suck .... I never order off the menu , and dinner is about 2 to 3 hours . Okay fancy restaurants are for another time but fun spots rock .... part of NY and being a new yorker .....dawg you hit juniors ?????  

Been there since 1919.  Weird pagoda-style building.  No seating unless it's picnic tables or your car.  Best dogs on the planet: made to a secret recipe, split and grilled in butter, popped into a grilled roll and slathered with a mustard and relish dressing.  Heaven!

One by the stadium , all the jets go to ... forget the name ....great dogs and lots of female football fanatics scoffin down the foot longs ...... sexy ......

Rutt's was on "Diners, Drive-in and Dives."  I think they feature a really well-cooked dog that splits open and is called The Ripper.  The other place you're thinking of might be Manny's of Moonachie.  Bill Parcels used to go there.  Never been to either one but I was weaned on Walter's wieners.
