Obviously I'm not gonna broadcast who or when, but these aren't cheap girls or girls who need to give discounts. And the discounts have been significant, as well.
A lot of it just comes down to the fact that we get along. Whether it's a sexual thing like I do something good or whatever...the thing I heard over again was that I was a pleasant client to deal with, very easy to get along with, not demanding, etc. And they would rather take me at a discount than another client at full price.
Of course, I always tell them that I am happy to fly standby, and never to book me over someone who is paying full price or for multiple hours.
A little respect really goes a long way, I've found. There's no secret. I'm above-average in looks, but I'm not the kinda guy who will get any of these girls to turn around on a street and ask for my number.
I think beyond a certain minimum threshold for looks, it just comes down to personality. And I seem to get along with many well.
As I said in another post, I had brunch with a high-end provider yesterday. She and I had no interest in seeing each other (she is not my type at all), but we had a great conversation about our lives and the business, as well as the board. Funny thing is...she paid for brunch (I get the next one, though), and she approached me via PM to say that she wanted to meet in person because she enjoyed reading my posts on the board.
Strange, huh? I guess I piss off a lotta clients here, but I'll take that if it leads to brunch with providers who are fun to talk to. 
I'm always interested in knowing if these providers get some type of an attachment to the clients, like friends with benefits!!!! IMO they do, but like to here from all out there.
But then again, I have been doing this 20+ years, so my sample size is a lot bigger than most, I'm guessing.
But, yes, discounts and the occasional freebie do happen.

That was not me, but that might have earned a 10/10 and given me a heart attack!

Never a freebie, but on a few occasions some serious unsolicited discounts and sessions that went on for hours even though I only booked an hour. I also am a younger guy, not married, not bad looking, but I think most important I am respectful and, honestly, all my life women have found me easy to talk to and feel safe and comfortable with.
we are not robots. We will be business like and people come into our lives and we desire maybe more of them. For the most part things have to stay business like but some customers can be rather charming. Don't ask for it because the answer is no, but it may happen whe you are wearing your nifty seersucker suit that you love so well.
Never a total freebie but since I try to make meetings a little more fun for both of us (relaxing drinks, interesting sessions), have definitely had the girl spend more time than the original time booked. Has happened on both outcalls and, interestingly has happened on incalls where the provider doesn't book back to back and suggested I stay a little longer.
I have a provider who was prity famous and did doubles with another. I ran into both of them at a restaurant once and at the end of the night we all ended up at her apartment doing the dirty. Then I would just come over with drinks, order take out and almost everytime we would end up having wild nights. This went on for a whole year and we still do but ofcourse one of the 2 developed feelings and now i see her on the side and then both together at their apartment, ofcourse the side thing us a secret. No $ involved. I have tried to bring sum buddies in but the girls wont allow it, they are not even providing anymore and actually got day jobs lol.
As far as discounts go, yes i have gotten plenty but the key is not to ask/expect is, let the provider give it to you. I have couple of my atf's who when I see I will leave the donation as uts my first time and they will put some part of it back in my pant pocket when i go wash up.
You have to remember, they are human beings just like me or you and its all about how you treat them so they feel connected and drawn to you so discounts ensue.

I've gotten a substantial discount from a top provider because she liked me. I get "free muff" from my ATF because I help her screen. Yes, I do provide a service to her in return but it takes so little work it's a joke. She would never have offered the arrangement if she didn't know and like me from multiple sessions. We're on line with each other all the time sharing all kinds of info, jokes and porn.
I had a close friend in Las Vegas. We saw one another whenever I was there. The relationship evolved into a total non pay. She's still one of my closest friends.
I have never been lucky enough to receive a freebie. It is a business after all and I get that. They need to make a living too.
However, I have received DEEP discounts on several occasions and a lot of extra time. For example, a 3 hour dinner date turned into an overnight for no additional. I have also had ladies offer me a 50% discount.
I would like to think it is my great looks (LOL). Probably more personality, having fun and a great connection. BTW, please don't ask who the ladies are. I would never tell out of courtesy.
I have had a relationship with a woman who provided, but it was short lived and bad for my health. I have never asked for or been given a discount. I just figure the service will be worse so I don't even think of asking.

I have received several freebies over the years, they were offered to me, I would NEVER ask/suggest etc..
a couple were from local ladies that I have seen frequently and they had either told me that they wanted to have some "off the clock" time to make it more Girlfriend like as they like spending time with me and one we have a standing arrangement that goes both ways--If I am horny and short on cash I can see her anyway and also if she has been slow she can get a hold of me and I can take care of her financial needs as well.......
I have had 3 traveling companions who because of my reviews "caught fire" and were very very busy so they wanted to repay me......One lady that used to travel to my area, we just hit it off and she asked me a few times to come take care of her needs as she was seeing mostly "minute men" lately..
