I'm not quite getting the entire picture here, but I'm sure many of us would like to know how this works. You're exposing a provider because her name is on blogs. But there are more than a few names on these. Is she stealing their space or is someone putting groups of names together as providers? But you also mention other activities that make her seem worse than that. Let's have it. All of it.
I have never met Carmen Banks. She isn't even on my radar frankly. I do know that these things occur. And I'm sure I speak for many here who want to know what this about. Please see my post above. There are going to be a lot of people running around trying to find out what is happening to their reputations based on your accusations, but to be frank here, what are they really running after. Respectfully CSJ and Hollie's, among others, exposure may be hurt. No one wants to see that happen. But when you look at the blogs themselves, there is nothing damaging except that Carmen's name is mentioned. That could have come from anyone. Is that theft or is something else going on that you're not spelling out?
If she Carmen refuses to deal with this issue, that may be a another problem. But she actually may be dealing with something she didn't start in the first place.
I asked you earlier. Do you have more information that you are not revealing? And who are you? If you have an axe to grind, say so. It may be possible because of what goes on on the internet that someone has gone through a lot of trouble to put Carmen at risk. Could that be you?
Hopefully the entire truth can come out about this. It's better to do this all at once than in bits and pieces of information. Including, how you got this whole thing started in the first place?

Carmen admitted via email "her web assistant" did this. She refused to take anything down....those are not provider blogs...those are blogs opened by Carmen banks or someone who works for her, intentionally using others as an advertising stunt to bring in more biz.
Let's get to the bottom of the entire mess. That is my point of the entire exercise here. And thank you for telling us what you know. She obviously has a larger issue of infusing her name where potential clients may be looking for you. This is horrifying for you and other providers. Why anyone would do this to take business away from you only means some sort of pathological illness. The fact that she won't remove these is part of a deeper issue with which you should not have to deal with.

I saw Carmen a few months back and was in no way whatsoever cheated, lied to or disappointed, in fact it was just as great an experience as her reviews state. To the providers who are being "piggybacked" I guarantee you that this is not "identity theft" nor is damaging your reputations or businesses. It may be "bad form" to some, but the gentleman with the classy alias who posted the original statement clearly - CLEARLY - has a agenda separate from protecting your reputations.

It is in fact very similar to how many women have links on their pages for other women, except in this case, she did not have these other women's permission to do so, but its all about the search engines baby.
If I do a search for the stunning Edreinne Cole, not only does her web site come up, but so do several other ladies.
Don't agree with what she did but it certainly is a far cry from B&S or entrapment.

I don't even know if I am asking the question correctly. But NOLA's and your response has me thinking a little more deeply, (or trying to) about how this may work. Since Carmen's responses have not positive here, it gives me and others cause for concern. But you and NOLA have raised what I think are valid points about the entire process of piggybacking for group exposure and the internecine support system.
And as I have been trying to point out throughout this thread, there is an alternative motive on 8's part. Something went down that he is unwilling to express. So he cries "Wolf" loud and hard. Lot's of people jump on the bandwagon. There are some issues that Carmen has that need to be addressed. But will other providers also address similar issues or will continue to do their same things because they have avoided 8's wrath?
I am wondering if 8 was also fed this info by one or several providers and is somehow representing them. If so, what's the fee for that? The fact that he brought up her ethnicity and her price gave me grave concern regarding this situation. This suggests to me that he has been trying to bargain with her while trying to see her and was rejected and is trying to make an example of her. WhiteLightening has the same issues continually about harassing girls to lower their prices. Seems to me that there is a group of hobbyists that continually try to bring this up through other means. The ethnicity issue that 8 suggests means that he has a racial problem. And that we are supposed to support him on that is nothing short of racial paranoia in its finest Nazi form. The fact that he does not have any reviews or referrals leads me to believe that he just trolls here and doesn't actually participate.
May I also commend you on being the only other person to write about the planned exposure. This kind of activity takes a serious amount of work. I am trying to get down to the motive of his exposure, and if there is anyone else behind it.
As CSJ has requested from Ms. Banks to take care of the blogs her name has encroached upon, let's hope that she follows through. I suggest that other providers make sure that they have unwittingly done the same.
I believe she has probably done this to every provider who has called her out as a thief. Let me see if I am getting this about right on how this whole episode went down. I've been searching for the motivation and I think I may have it.
1. You had the information on Ms. Banks. How you got it besides Googling it is up to conjecture at this point. I am kind of thinking either another hobbyist who also follows these things very closely for the same purposes as will be disclosed below, or a provider that you know with an axe to grind and knew she could use you to get what she wanted. It is very well organized and plentiful, this investigative material you produced. Lots of information that takes plenty of time to put together.
2. You asked Ms. Banks for an appointment. Not easy for you since you don't have any referrals and or any review history. You claim you are not an alias. Somehow you use a referral from the same provider who may given you the information or another provider who will stand up for you.
3. When requesting an appointment, you haggle over money because you think she overcharges. You said so in your opening statement. You tell her you will expose her if she doesn't agree to your price. If you have read this entire thread, which I kind of doubt, my objective was to get to the entire truth. My observation was that there was more to this than just the initial identity theft accusation. Your ridiculous comments about what should happen to the polar bear population and global warming show how truly pathetically juvenile you are. I have no intention of supporting Ms. Banks or any other provider who engages in such activity. Or haven't you read any of that here? My other question(s) concerns why Carmen's ethnicity comes up as 'smarmy' in your original post. Or that her grammar is poor? Many providers have different ethnicity covers to attract business. And there are plenty of Americans who have very poor grammar, or don't write or speak very well. You may be one these Americans as well. My grammar certainly is not perfect.
And finally, the money issue. So she charges $800. If hobbyists are willing to pay, so be it. That sounded like you had tried to drive the price down with her, and maybe she refused you. Is that part of the story?
