Having two active handles/accounts concurrently would seem to be against TER policy, and grounds for being banned.  This should be easy for TER to identify, if both have the same IP address.

I haven't read either's reviews, but they are similar in that a significant number of both's reviews have low performance scores, and neither has been whitelisted by any provider.  

But you should be careful about making accusations unless you have proof.  Remember what they said about glass houses...

I think that guy/those guys is/are clown(s), but the "proof" you're providing is that their reviews sound similar, one of them wrote a bad review of a girl you like and the other was accused of writing a bad fake review by another girl? You could probably find 20 other guys with similar review styles. Plus, one of them has been writing reviews since '06 and the other started just last year. So, after 7 years of writing reviews, he magically decided to duplicate himself just last year? I guess it's possible...
I'm not defending anyone here, but if you disagree with the guy on a girl, topic, what have you, that's not a reason to start a witch-hunt without something more concrete that just your gut feeling. It's tempting to make annoying people just go away but, if nothing else, they occasionally provide good entertainment value.

in hit_it_hard's review of Cindy. It seems to contain a fair amount of detail such as the agency she used to work for (did she in fact?), which it seems is where he saw her. He did give her a 5 for performance while he's given scores as low as a 2. So, it's not as if he was out to destroy her.
By pointing out the "lies" in his review, you would be doing this provider you like a service. How's that for a switch up? You'd be providing a service to a provider.
