I wrote that message yesterday afternoon, there has already been over thirty hits. Suffolk county really needs a "home base", reliable service. I don't mind paying more for the right service and face. But to pay for her travel time and the driver is too much. Thank you.  I'll take your post as a compliment.  The problem is that the providers on LI in general, IMHO, are sub-standard.  There are some notable exceptions, the 2 names mentioned in this thread, plus one or two others I have seen.  It pays to look at reviews carefully before you "invest".  I'm on my way to DC for the remainder of the week and have 2 dates lined up down there, one solely based on TER reviews, the other is a provider who has no reviews anywhere (by her own choice) but has a solid reputation over the past coupla years.
