Is she still taking on clients, called a few times left message and nothing...not sure if she's even worth the effort

I've made three appointments with her, and she's flaked everytime.  Not even a call to explain.  It's a real shame because I was really excited to see her, but I've had to give up trying...

She is 19 a kid between college classes having fun. Right now I think her priority is more to enjoy her time away from school and not to have lots of appointments. Sure she is still seeing men, but I think it's more at her leisure and at her speed than anyone else's as it should be at 19, if you can do it, that is,and apparently she is right now. Better for her not to use this as a 24/7 gig or even a "scheduled" thing.
 I'm pretty sure she has plans of being out of town for the weekend, don't hold me to it 'cause Steph's plans can change on the drop of a dime.
