I can't answer your question about this picture, but I used this agency a few times last year, and the girl that I saw was never the girl in the picture.   I have not used them since.

Probably a scam.  NY Belladonna has or recently had pics up of a girl named June (I think that was the name) but the pics were actually of Veronica Zemanova.
