Do any of you know any hotels in the city where I can book a day room. I am only there for the day. I know that there are some short stay's on the lower west side but was thinking about something midtown.

...haven't been there in some time, but it was always clean and reasonbly priced. In an out of the way area, 14th Street &
10th Ave. There was parking nearby (don't know if lot is still
there).

The Deauvuille on 29Th Between Lex & Park.  $50/$60
for four hours.  Ask for a front room.
