You're correct. This agency was (keyword: was!) unmoderated so I missed the extra post. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. When unmoderated posters break the rules, it can slip by moderators. I don't read every post. If I did, there would be no point leaving any of you unmoderated. If you see a situation like this in the future, feel free to bring it to my attention.

As to the review question, I've written before that board moderators are not involved in the review process at TER.

New York Confidential had an ad post on the 25th too. And after doing some research I see they posted ads on the 17th and 19th. I get the feeling we're being hoodwinked. Can someone tell me how an agency with tons of first time 10/10 reviews is still alive on this board? At least make them buy banner space to advertise. That way TER can maintain it's integrity and make some money at the same time.

I saw this also but refrained from saying anything because I
tend to get on NY Confi case a lot.  Not because I have anything
against them, but they seem to break the posting rules more
often than others who post ads.

When I brought this issue previously (not on your watch) I got
the explaination that agencies were allowed to have their own
post PLUS each agency lady was allowed to have their own post.

That was the first time I heard that one!

NY Confidential has received a lot of press on TER, and not without reason.  They have some really quality girls who offer exceptional service.  They started off as a relatively small agency with hot, young, new-to-the-biz girls charging reasonable prices while providing good service.

Just to present a balanced view, though, it's fair to say that over the last year they've become a self-promoting machine charging among the highest rates around, especially when you consider their new policy (told directly to me by them) that they have a 2-hour minimum on many, if not all, their girls.  Many hobbyists have neither the wherewithal nor the stamina to make a 2-hour session a good investment.  In addition, although their site boasts: "1. None of our girls have ever escorted before," I know of at least 4 who have escorted before, 3 of whom I've seen myself before they became "virgins."

They now have an extremely high percentage of their girls reviewed on TER when compared with other high-end/high-priced agencies such as FDE and Portfolio Elite.  They've all but taken over the NY Exotics and CityVibe sites, too.  Of course, reviews are what this site is all about, so that's a good thing.  But too great a drive for publicity can be a dangerous thing in a business which requires discretion.  In my view, LE has generally been extraordinarily lax when it comes to this business.  But, as they say, "the nail that sticks up gets hammered down," and one has to wonder whether such a single-minded commitment to promotion might not be self-defeating in the long run -- and arguably dangerous to the agency's clients.

Just my 2 cents. . .

at least NY Confidential is good for variety's sake.  The NY board too often results in the same 3-4 guys posting about the same 2-3 girls.

I wish we had more posts from agencies and independent providers.
