Her reviews and Profile say "Real Pics" "Accurate Pics". None of the reviews I read complain about B&S.  

Did she change / update her pics to stolen pics?  Doesn't make sense.  

Another guess: she used to work for your agency and you, technically, own the pictures but she copied them without permission when she left your agency?  Hence, real and accurate but not her property, thus 'stolen'?
