There are spas where you can go and get a legit massage, facial, manicure, etc., and "spas" where you can go for, ahem, other services, but are there actually any that offer both?  I'm not usually in the market for legit spa treatments other than the occasional massage, but I might consider sitting still for a facial or a manicure if I could get a HJ at the same time.  😀
