Haha! This is just an age old difference in the sexes

Men want stuff NOW! Women take a longer time. Ever wonder why you're always waiting on wife to get ready, pick a dress, do her hair, why she keeps fumbling around in the bathroom while you're honking your horn telling her it's time to go?! Women need time to get ready. Esp providers. We have to screen the client first, plus get mentally ready, and physically ready. "Tonight" is not easy with a new provider and you know it!

Yes it has. Not all the time, but it has.

And why not post it? If someone is interested they will respond. If not then they won't. The alternative is to not ask at all, and then anyone who might be available and interested never has the opportunity at all.
