If you looked to west after sundown, Venus has been blazing in her full glory since February.  Her father, Jupiter, has past her on his journey towards the Sun, but he's still there.  And her brother, Mars, has kept a discreet distance behind, thus commanding the night.  

For those of you know anything about astronomy, know that May will host a blue moon!  So cool!
