Gina's GFE's is an agency.

Gina's Little Secret is an advertising site.

To my knowledge, they are not related to each other.

It's not that simple. "Gina went independent and Courtney runs the agency." She went indy FROM HER OWN AGENCY? Does that read right to you? There's obviously a LOT more to it.
