I've been intrigued about the many NYC incall places and ready to go to my first one after visiting a number of AMP's and ladies who work alone.  To avoid looking like a newbie, I'm more concerned with procedural things once inside like who do you pay, do you pick from whoever is available (doubt I would reserve/call for someone before I get there), tipping (negociating?), etc.  Actual dollar amounts would be helpful as I figure 300 total (200 entry, 100 tip, but I may be wrong.  Any recommendations in midtown east?

Apparently, no one can tell what you are asking.  Have you already been to a place or not?  The answer is either Yes or No. "Yes, I have been to PLACE where I saw NAME." or "No. I have never been to ANY of these places and want to prepare for my FIRST TIME."

Well, another good source of info about the NYC AMP scene is dollarbill-ny.com.  You can read or post Comments there for more info.  And his blog is a pretty good read.

i think it's typically 300/hf or 400/hr. sometimes $ lower or higher depending on where you go and who you're seeing. tipping is ALWAYS appreciated, no matter what the service!

Are a whole different segment than those who go to the Caucasian or Russian bodyrub places.  The AMP guys are looking for the FS experience for about $150 to $200, and they use terms like "TS," which in this case means "table shower."  Evidently that's a standard service where they scrub you down on the table.  I dunno...been probably a decade since I went to one of these places, and it was maybe one of three times total.  Not really my thing.

Also, if you read on some other boards like SpaHunters.com, some of these guys are reporting that they are doing BBFS with random girls/women at these places.  Which would honestly scare the fuck outta me.  BBFS is a whole other topic we could talk about on another board or via PM, but it scares me to think that there are some guys there not only expecting FS for $150 but getting it and without using condoms.

I'll stick to the $200/hour bodyrub places with attractive non-Asians, please.
