Can I rent a dungeon for a few hours?

I am a Dom and would like take my sub to dungeon to play.   Is there a BDSM place in the NYC or even the Philly area that will rent out rooms with equipment?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have been to Pandoras, but didn't realize you could also session in Paddles.  That kind of public play is a bucket list item for me!
