The downturn in the economy has forced many gentlemen to cut back on their hobbying. But has it also affected men who book overnight visits?.   Overnight visits are certainly a luxury choice and it's often said spending on luxury items and services are recession proof.   Ladies, have you had fewer overnight bookings?  Gentlemen, are you less likely to book an overnight visit these days?

Overnights are the only way to really really know a girl and get her best.  I've done many many overnights and a few weekends with some ATFS and FWBs the last few years.

Life is good, but Obama's spreading economic misery is not helping most hobbyists or girls either.  He can't blame Bush anymore for the misery he's inflicted on us all.

Not that I've been able to accept any lately (Sandy reconstruction still taking up much of my time, plus travel), but I've been getting more dinner date and overnight requests than ever before.

My particular "market" (I hate to use that word in context to the gentlemen I've developed relationships with here) prioritizes chemistry and connection above all else. (Yes guys, obviously the physical is important too, but they can get that in any encounter. The fact that it is consistently good is not the main reason behind the constant repeats of multi hour bookings including public time.)

As such, they are looking to get more and more out of each encounter- making the average time spent together go up. They can book an hour with somebody and have some physical satisfaction. They can book an overnight with me and satisfy their mental and emotional needs AS WELL as the physical. One stop shop, so to speak. There is more overall satisfaction from an overnight (for that market), and therefore they are MORE likely to book and ask for that when finances dictate a choice to be made.

Having that inside satisfaction of being with somebody is also especially relevant during the holiday season. It's a time of year when people naturally gravitate towards encounters that provide for both a good time and some bonding.

Again, it all depends on the type of guy. This is just my experience with most of the men who are attracted to me and who I love to spend my time with.

When the economy takes a dump, typically the low end and the high end rally, and the middle ground gets crushed.  Look at fashion.  Louis Vuitton ain't discounting.  They are actually bringing out more lines that are expensive.  And of course everyone is shopping more at Wal Mart and Target.

But the midrange?  Brands like Coach?  Getting killed.

I imagine hobbying is no different.  The guys who pay thousands for overnights aren't gonna get blemished much in this downturn, because those who can afford that kinda scratch probably make so much more money that it's a rounding error.

On the other hand, the women charging $500/hour have seen themselves get clobbered, for the most part.  These were women who got $500/hour in 2006, when the world was flush in cheap cash and credit.  Now that there is no cash and credit is very, very tight, those same women might be getting $300 or $350/hour.

Of course, there are women who were underpriced at $500/hour back then and who can still charge $500/hour now.

And also in longer dinner dates - more 5 and 6hr dates as opposed to the typical 3hr dinner date. Always nice as it gives us time to really get comfortable with each other to fully enjoy our time.

Absolutely correct!!! And being with Kate is, well its a KJE(Kate Jacobs Experience).  Well beyond a GFE.  It's all about the mental connection.  With that comes an incredibly intense and fully satisfying physical experience.  With Kate the two are so inextricably intertwined that an hour is never enough. Just wish the dollars were there for all the time I'd like to spend with her.
