This person Ananda Bliss stole all of my photos and has been using them for I don't know how long misrepresenting herself as me.    

UPDATE:  This person, Ananda Bliss, has threatened me that if I continue to have her ads in which she has stolen MY photos taken down/the photos removed or if I post on this board making the community aware of her actions that she will: "resubmit my photos and do as she wishes with them".  

WHAT?  This person is mentally unstable.  Somehow in her brain the logic is that she hasn't done anything wrong, no apology, nothing...just threats to continue using my stolen photos.  What is even creepier about it and her is the sheer number of my photos she has stolen and is using...some ads had 18 of my photos on them.  On her website she had 2 of my photos on the front page, one album entirely of me and the other album 9 photos of me and 4 photos of god knows who.  So out of her own website she only had 4 photos that were not me.  & in her brain that is ok & now she is threatening me after stealing my work...I'll say it again: WHAT?  (as I am shaking my head...)

I am a well known provider in the industry for the last 4yrs from NYC who did indeed work for Penthouse in NYC as well as modeling for many years.  

I have worked very hard and spent a lot of money on my website as well as my photos to have someone come along and just steal them from me to use as their own to make money and gain reviews.  
   
Her ads have been pulled down from many places on the Internet but I am still waiting to hear from a couple of sites.  In her own website you can see that she is using at least 4 different girls photos...they are obviously not the same person.  For now my photos are not on her site though she has said she will put them back up.  WHO DOES THIS?
   
She has placed ads all over the place in San Diego, LA, Orange County, Carlsbad, Anaheim, Newport Beach and who knows where else using my photos.  
   
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LIAR AND THIEF!  
   
I personally find it the most offensive thing someone could do to me and unbelievable that this person obviously has zero conscience about stealing my photos to pass herself off as someone else...she obviously cannot do her own photos or why else would she need to steal mine?

It's too late for the current set of pics, but be sure to watermark them in the future.

Who owns the copyrights? If any are Penthouse pics that you are using with permission, Penthouse has the deep pockets and big lawyers and major clout to warn her to stop using "their" pictures.  (You can pay a lawyer to send her a cease and desist letter also, but a warning from Penthouse might be more effective.)

Thanks for your response.  I will watermark them anyway just to prevent future events such as this but yes, you are right...The damage is done at this point with ALL of my current photos having been used for quite a while now by this person on the West Coast...& I kept wondering why no one ever books with me on the West Coast & now I know why.

Penthouse does not own the copyright to any of these photos.  I do.
I have a big photo shoot & video coming up in August to revamp my website & yes, I will be sure to add the watermark before releasing any content.

What is really upsetting is this provider's complete lack of being same whatsoever in her response to me after finding her out...She is mentally unstable & just threatening me to "resubmit my photos as her own & to do as she wishes with them"...

You can search the web for do-it-yourself "cease and desist" or "DMCA takedown notice" advice or you can contact a lawyer who will use real lawyerly letterhead and protect your identity.  He or she will make sure your copyrights are properly registered (you do have 'copyright symbol 2012-2014' on the bottom of your web page) and then send a letter to or make an appointment with  the thief ... or both!  I'll guess the lawyer might charge $100-$300 ... or barter for an hour of your time.

... to tell them what's going on. Most service providers frown heavily on stolen content especially when it's easy to prove. You can go directly to google to file a complaint as well. I'm all in with the cease and desist letter and the DMCA request.  

In my opinion, I'd skip booking the fake appointment as you don't want to stoop to her very low level nor do you want to add fuel to her fire. Always take the high road; Doing so is what makes you the top notch provider you are!
