I’m looking for a sexy blonde hair provider that is willing to
Flirt at the bar , then takes me to the bathroom room and plays with me.  Like a role play. On a date and she just has to have me.  Preferably. In Long Island but will go to Manhattan for the right woman.

Yes, having sex in the bathroom of a restaurant is illegal in most jurisdictions. Here’s why:

1. Public Indecency / Lewd Conduct
• Even though the bathroom may seem private, it is still considered a public space.
• Engaging in sexual acts in public places can lead to charges like:
• Public indecency
• Lewd conduct
• Disorderly conduct

2. Risk of Being Caught
• If someone walks in or hears what’s happening, they may report it.
• Being caught can result in:
• Arrest
• Fines
• Criminal charges
• Sex offender registration in extreme cases (if minors are present, for example)

3. Violation of Health Codes
• Restaurants must maintain strict hygiene standards, especially in restrooms.
• Sexual activity in such places can violate health and sanitation codes.

Hi
Thanks for all the information about having sex in a bathroom.  If you read carefully not once did I say to have sex. I said play.   Kissing and light touching is no illegal
Showing affection in a public place is not wrong.

Thanks again for all your legal information.

you said sex in the subject line. and i would not reccomend it as well. Just remember people have phones and can wait for you to come out of the bathroom. Regardless if you didnt do anything they would assume and then you could then be arrested

Maybe because she'd rather not get busted?

You did say sex. That being said, if you have a provider willing...go for it. You know the consequences so if it's a bucket list item and you have a willing partner, roll the dice if so inclined. This entire enterprise is illegal anyway, right? There is risk in everything in it.
.
I would just make certain no children are anywhere in the vicinity. Maybe like at a strip club, or dive bar, where the establishment possibly wouldn't make a big fuss about it if you did get caught.

In some jurisdictions, they don't prosecute providers. But pretty much every jurisdiction would arrest ppl having public sex if they are caught. It's a risk factor to consider.

You do make a good point but, also, BCLD versus BCBUPAOD.
