This is going to sound like a shock to you, but a lot of girls don't want or like having reviews. It's a necessary evil so they limit the number of reviews going up. Just a trickle, enough to show they are still active, stay in top 100, etc. I'm sure some of these girls don't want to see public evidence that they've met at least 50 guys, or 100, or 200 in the form of reviews, even though they might be advertising and available. I've been asked not to write reviews before even when it was a great experience, they just didn't want it published. Nowadays I don't review unless the girl asks for it.
It's also a false equivalency that a girl cannot have high ratings and be at certain rate thresholds. Why are you trying to push an agenda that higher rates means better looks and service? I've met a lot of girls and I can tell you that there are definitely girls that should be charging more and girls who should be charging less, based on looks and service they provide. The red flag should be the frequency, content, reviewers. Lots of similar reviews going up within 2-3 months. Reviewers reviewing the same girls and giving the same ratings.
I see a lot of providers that are rated 9/10s on here but when I actually meet them most of them are not as hot. I can tell a lot of the reviews are from older men who probably don’t get laid a lot so to them they’re incredible but where do I find the actual drop dead smoke shows everyone is starring at when they walk in a room. Your post is confusing. You are saying that the providers who are highly rated for appearance on TER do not meet your expectations, yet you are asking reviewers on TER to provide names of providers who are highly rated for appearance. You also have no reviews listed so there is no way anyone can get a sense of what you eel did not meet expectations.
unfortunately to find the true gems you got to do a lot of your own research. but you can start by searching for girls with a minimum rate of 1500 and you will start to get closer.

It isn't hard to find a solid 7-9 in NYC who would need maybe just a little bit of funding in terms of cosmetic upkeep, gym memberships, pilates classes, et,c and could easily become a 10. If it's becoming such an issue that you are now hopelessly whining on review boards on i,t maybe invest actual time and energy into creating a solution. You would know exactly what you were getting every time, and the provider would possibly see a boost in their income from all the improvements? If you can find the right person, that could be a very ideal situation.

I find the majority of my providers on X. A girl with a social media presence of at least a year along with a website is 99% good. If you set $1K as a bare minimum you will not be disappointed. The girls at $1K-2K are exceptional. You can’t go wrong.
