Have you had any issues with it? I hear stories sometimes about how the hotels cancel the reservation at the last minute if they're busy.

Any recomendations for hourly use hotels?

Is Liberty Inn still around?

Yes but if you try to book. Nothing happens

I think it has a lot to do with how you dress & your attitude. I am a single mom, so I just tell the front desk I’m taking a break from my mom duties. lol Smile for me!

That has happened only once for me.  I've used the service 5 or 6 times total and had only one time my reservation wasn't honored.

EOM is supposed to be used to indicate there is no further message in the Message box. But you continued.
EOM means "End Of Message."

When I see "eom" at the end of the subject line I know not to bother clicking on the message, which saves time, as intended.

When you're in a thread there's no clicking on a message to read it.

If you're looking at the list of threads you only see the last response. I always assume there's more than one post since I looked last, especially in popular threads.

We're not using 1200 baud dialup modems anymore. It takes no time to pull up posts.

It has been around for a very long time and I see nothing wrong with continuing the tradition.

I didn't add the "Eom".  I responded to a post that had "Eom" at the end.  :)

Dayuse is great in Manhattan! No cancel fees either. I check in with my passport with a backpack or "carryon" type of luggage on a "long layover". Ask them for the nearest touristy whatever and I check in with little to no makeup on.

I have only had Dayuse hotel tell me they were booked and it was in Philly and a horribly dumpy place anyways. Reported it but I've always had good luck in the city - lots of options :)

Too bad about Liberty... Have a memory or two there ;)
