.. for things I wrote within this thread yesterday.

I hadn't slept in a number of days - 4 to be exact - and then had a few drinks.  Well, bad idea to say the least.

I "went" to a very dark & unhappy place very quickly.  This was very weird and very unique.  I've never experienced it before & will do my utmost to never experience it again.

Since yesterday, I've had about 15 straight hours of sleep & find myself "normal" again.
