But why post as an alias?

can somebody tell me how to use alias and what it is ?? I am new to TER am Russian  have reviews here ,, but just starting use the TER

Sowee! Missed seeing it when I noticed no reviews. I certainly blew this one!
BTW in this economy, being a zookeeper is not soo degrading nor is the Bronx soo horrific that you need post under an alias! Lol! just kidding, I do stand corrected.
My apologies but I do loathe alises.

I do believe it is only available to full (paid) membes.

They were originally created for a specific reason, namely to allow someone to post on the boards without letting people know which providers they have reviewed.  I won't go into why that is sometimes needed.

And there are a few other legitimate reasons one might want to use an alias.

But mostly, people use TER aliases to hide when making trouble on the boards.
