is it me or do providers that post on the board just not answer their PM's? ...lately customer service seems to be the last thing on these women's minds....I find it very rude!
Me that I have PM's and then sometimes get the reverse which is they tell me I have when I don't. Not sure if it's a TER thing or an iPhone thing or ATT but either way when I do know I have a PM I'm required to log into TER all over again to rertrieve them. This sometimes is difficult depending on where I am Or what I'm doing. I always try to answer my PMs but honestly, direct emailing is soo much easier. This could be the issue. My 2 cents.

yeah i tried calling also...always love VM as well...something to be said about having a phone person to add the personal touch!...but God bless if you are too busy to answer your PM and phone you must be doing well!
sorry i should have been more specific...it was not you that i was trying to contact. The purpose of course to bring to light that the PM function is basically worthless as at least two other providers i tried to contact this week through it didn't respond...so why have it?
In very few cases is a PM on the board their choice. Usually it's email, phone, or a web site form.
Remember, a lot of these ladies advertise on several boards and some of them don't use the boards for chatting at all. They might post their ad, and not sign on again for a week or 2. And they also might have the PM notifications turned off.
The only times I used PM to contact someone is when they specify that as a preference, or if they are very chatty on the boards and likely to see it in a timely fashion.
