shows to see while in New York? Burlesque, comedy and acrobatics?

Hey lovely East Coasters!  
 
I'll be in Manhattan January 2-10th, and I'm wondering which shows I should make a point of seeing while I'm there. I'm already booked to see Cuff Me, which sounds absolutely hilarious!  
 
I love a good Broadway (or off Broadway) production - I've seen and loved Wicked, Priscilla Queen of the Desert & The Lion King - but I also love good burlesque, stand up comedy (my taste tends towards Adam Hills, Josh Blue, Danny Bhoy, etc) and something acrobatic, like a Circ de Soleil show, would round out my trip nicely I think.  
 
What are your "can't miss" recommendations?
