An intelligence  
 specifically, liberalism what means freedom as we know ..  mind flexibility and openness  to learn  and may be accept the best practices  
 ( I met many of people who were afraid (just soo afraid!!! and as result to become aggressive)  fear of to being exposed to other not  known by them cultures
 and thinking that only one right and possible way- it   is - their  OWN way  ONLY .. ha .. sound familiar?... exceptional people doctrine ?? ha ha ha .. who is aware of that speech of .. whom to whom ??  
it is  just dangerous to encourage nazism .. ..!!!
I always knew we are here in states  on the way to nazism .... may be it   feels good to  think that you are exceptional .. but you know where it would lead ?? that there be some one else who will put label on YOU
 if you are exceptional or not ...
and system will reflect this power  and NOT ONLY ON lets say Syria.. but here as well !!!  
. but very strange with Americans to be soo multinational which forms it would take- nazimds and theory of being exceptional nation.. Hitler already  did try it ..  
 so any way back on topic -
there no difference in nationality and races  it is all about  intelligence, education
 and believes system ( and for men (but not women), preference for sexual exclusivity correlate with higher intelligence...( food for thinking a ??)

So I have met great lovers in all races .. some cultural specifics yes .. as  yes .. French men despite on believes  that they are great lovers .. are not soo great ..I would say - just spoiled  and lazy a bit ..  .. but .. but jewish, italians, germans, british,  and yes russians :) are good f**K and good lovers.
