As one of those rural chicks who lives halfway between NYC and Boston, I've always had difficulty posting photos for *either* city :/

So, what are the rules now?

Previously, my photo theme day posts were pulled unless I had an active ad for NYC at the time... but now that no ads can be posted at all, are "traveling" ladies unable to post photos on the regional boards at all?

Hopefully the admin, or a better informed user, can answer this for me...
