TER has a three month policy on review submission so I am too late divulging the truth about a provider with all 10s and one 9/9 ( that reviewer had more guts than me )
You can pm if the name may help your decision making ability and potentially save you the money and more importantly the time for a better choice. This is not a YMMV post but one where I succumbed to the pressure of not "ruining" a perfect string of (strategic) 10/10 reviews. Further the pro BEGGED that I not review and I felt as I wasn't the TER/provider police I would not do so.
