So I ask this question because I'm thinking of going a little bigger! it's not for my business (it's personal) and have been on my to do list like forever and a day!  I just haven't had the time to pull the trigger. (but have been through the process) It's not like my tits are small or anything ( 34B & a C cup every 28 days   but I think with my size 4 bod a little more volume would be perfect!  I've discussed this with a few of my clients and they've expressed their distaste for implants.  I was a bit taken back, because not so long ago... big tits were the in thing and men have even sponsored  
a few ladies walking around with DDs.

I love them natural no matter what the size.   I vote stay the way you are.

but when I have, they were of the man made type. So, natural gets my vote every time! Boobs are just beautiful in all of their naturally intended variety; big or small, I love them all.

I think many men will tell you to stay natural but do what makes YOU happy. And remember that it is a long term investment. You will have to get them redone in the future.

At the end of the day, you should do what YOU like.  But, since you asked, I find natural breasts far, far sexier.  If I wanted to fondle a bag of silicone or saline, I'd run out and get one.

I have natural 34DDs and love them. Men love them. I also love smaller ones. I have seen too many bad boob jobs that I would be scared to take the plunge. And the big thing I hate is that yes, they must be redone down the road.
