Let me ask you , is she screening these guys at all ? If not I think it would be a great idea if we all pulled together community style and call and book the crap out Of her all , of us of course , not showing up . Yes I said nsnc . . The truth is you have a very individual look . are super cute , and young obviously . I have a hard time thinking she is going to look anything like you in person or in pics. Or she might have taken her own . This behavior should not be tolerated I say we make the girl super busy like right away . If someone is taking the chance and screwing up someone else's reputation she should expect it might not work out all that well . Seriously not acceptable .

I think you're limited in your recourse.
Your post here, an alert on backpage and free post site, and a similar alert post on similar GFE boards to start.  
Then it's just back channeling and waiting to see if any reviews pop up under that number and location.
At that point, you can contest them with ter admin.

1. First your photographer tries asserting his copyright. Bp will probably ignore this.  
2. Will you have a lawyer send a cease-and-desist?  
3. Then, if no response, do you follow through with a suit?
Probably not worth it as the offender could just alter the photos enough and repost.

..... a girl was using my pics in parts of NJ I've never been in and the friggin' Bronx (never been there even just as a tourist) charging 40, 50 bucks etc using 2 pics with my name & review ID on them at that and a face pic and had even changed her name to mine (she was calling herself Amber or something before she completely hijacked my identity). She was using an NY number and a few people caught onto her and luckily warned me but she'd been using them at least 2 months or so by then. Not only do I NOT use out-of-town/out-of-state area codes ever ... I have a local number (being a D.C. local) and I ALWAYS but my bustymochadmv email as a second method of contact IN EVERY ad I've ever written/posted ever (of course it wasn't in any of her ads seeing as she's not me and all). Long rant short yeah...they'll try to take your name, even use your reviews, and your pics (watermarked or not). It's sad (and frustrating).
