Happy St. Patrick's Day girls and boys. This lovely lady has been waiting all year to show off her commemorative costume and spread the joy of the season. And she certainly has a very nice spread. Let me remind you that drinking and driving don't mix and if you're going to travel on the Long Island Railroad which normally permits drinking alcohol beverages, that is prohibited today and tomorrow and the MTA Police will be enforcing the ban.
