Why is Chelsea Mendez at the top of NY new reviews every day, forever?  She's at the top even if her latest review is months old.  She's not even in NY.  Is she gaming the system, or paying to be on top?

Your reviews list first providers who are online.  That is why you will see a green dot next to her name when she is at the top.

There's no green dot there now, and she is still at the top.  She's at the top every day.
